So...funny story. I went running on Tuesday after not running for almost a monthy because of sickness and injury. The injury was my foot and I am not sure what I did to it, but I was contemplating my foot and not paying attention to where I was running and ended up catching my toe on the uneven sidewalk. I went down hard on my left knee and because I was running there was a lot of forward momentum. I ended up doing the partial splits into a sliding stop. Below is a photo to document the aftermath.
**Notice the bruising that is starting to show around the side of my knee. The swelling is starting to go down as well.
