Thanksgiving is right around the corner!

We are at the time of year where everything speeds up.  We have a month and a half until the end of the year, but there will be a lot that happens between now and then.  The kids went crazy on Wednesday, because we had our first snow.  I was very happy that it started five minutes before the kids left in the morning.  But, that still left my afternoon kids.  I just closed all the blinds, out of sight out of mind...right?

It was a fairly routine week.  The only thing that changed was that we started the car to let it warm up and scraped the windows before we left for work.  Until this week, we have had great weather and there hasn't been a need.  We went to the temple on Wednesday.  Tim went to a pre-med club meeting again to listen to a rheumatologist.  He really enjoyed learning about it and I felt it was the most "in to it" Tim has been.  He seemed to identify a lot with him.  So...maybe....

Our weekend was filled with moving.  One of the families Tim hometeaches was moving.  We went over on Friday night to help pack.  We spent about four hours there helping.  We went back at 9 the next morning to load the first load.  We went back at 4:30 to help with the second load.  We are both tired and sore.  We have also decided that we never want that much STUFF.

We managed to fit in some cleaning and I made barritos, banana bread, and oatmeal bars.  So, it was a busy Saturday.  One more week until Thanksgiving break.  Tim is particularly excited because this is the first real holiday he will have without homework.
