I failed to mention an "experience" that recently happened to me. It was at the end of the ward dance and I had kicked off my shoes because they were rubbing on my heals. I didn't feel it would be bad because were inside in a building on campus.
We were gathering to leave and I felt something like a rock and I moved my foot because it hurt. I put my foot down again and it hurt just the same. So, I lifted up my foot to see what was going on and low and behold there was a toothpick sticking out of my foot. I had no idea they were sharp enough to go through skin, but they are. And so...toothpicks are dangerous...watch out!
