The end of another month!

The month is already over and it is hard to believe.  I was just talking with a friend and we were commenting on how fast life has become.  She also reminded me that my 10 year high school reunion is coming up.  That makes me feel really old.

Our week went by quickly.  Monday we had family home evening and then went for a walk.  We had not been to the temple in a while so we walked over and saw all the things that have been done.  So much has changed in a couple of weeks.  Thanks to the good weather they have been able to make a lot of progress.

Tuesdays are now busy too.  I have mutual in the evening so after we get home I eat dinner and run over to the church for mutual.  They had dancing lessons this week, which was really funny to watch.  They were taught by a young couple in the ward that dances competitively.  They worked so well with kids that were feeling really awkward about learning to dance.  Tim spent his time alone working on his resume, so he could send it out to different companies.  He is going to see if he can find a little higher paying job until plan B is finalized.

Wednesday we went to the temple.  It was not nearly as busy as it has been.  We were able to do family names.  I have gained a testimony of the importance of doing work for our families.  I am not the greatest at searching out names, but I have had some really amazing experiences recently confirming to me their gratitude for doing what they cannot do for themselves.

Thursday was calmer in the evening and Friday we went to the library and chose a WWII documentary to watch for our date.  It was very interesting to watch.  Saturday we watched the kids of some our friends so they could go to the temple.  We made lunch for us to enjoy after they got back.  It was interesting to try to put lunch together with a toddler walking around and a baby rolling around.  It was hard to focus on lunch and try to entertain.  It also reminded me that our apartment is not baby proof.

In the evening I went shopping for a baby shower and two weddings.  Our weekends in March will be very busy.  It seems like everyone we know is either having a baby or getting married.  It was nice that they all registered at the same store.  That made things very easy.

Our Sunday started off with snow.  We haven't really had any snow so it was a little surprising to open the blinds to discover fat snowflakes falling.  We are going to have dinner with some friends.

Until next week!
