The weeks continue to go by quickly. Tim and I work during the day and fill in what time we have in the evening with the rest of life. Monday was a normal day for us with work and family home evening. Tuesday was busy. The youth had a temple trip and I stayed with some of the young women and prepared the treat for when they were done. Tim got to be our chaperone, since I was the only leader for a while.
Wednesday was a lot of fun, because mom and dad were in town and we went to dinner together. It is always fun to see family and to spend time with them. We went to dinner and enjoyed some food that we had never had before. After saying our good-byes, Tim and I did a Wal-mart run and then I actually went for a run.
Thursday night was a late night at school, because we had our annual Kinder Fair. We had about sixty kids and families show up. These students are incoming kindergarten students. We met with parents to help them understand what their children should know. Preschool is not mandated in Utah so many students do not attend a district sponsored preschool and do not know what it is their child should know. We also did some activities with the kids in the classroom, which is always fun. I think we have another good batch coming in.
Friday, was tiring, as it usually is. After work we did our normal shopping and discovered we both had messages from friends/families to do things over the weekend. While we shopped we planned our weekend, which before that was blank. By the time we left we had a full day on Saturday, which we usually do not have. In the evening I received a call to go and help the youth watch children of families that went to the temple for ward temple night. I spent an hour with kids and then went home to finish watching Unbroken, a movie based on an Olympic athlete that was a POW during WWII.
Saturday we woke up and helped clean the church. Tim played soccer with his brother. I finished lesson plans and other projects. At noon we went to the Payson temple open house with some friends. It was a beautiful temple, and there were thousands of people there. Very crazy! We had to take our turn on the grass behind several families.

After we got back from the temple, we went to meet up with some of Tim's brothers so celebrate a birthday by watching the new Avengers movie. It was a lot of fun. Then we came home, ate some dinner and I left to spend some time with Carolyn. We went to the Provo High promenade for prom. It was fun to see all the kids dressed up. The weekend was over by then and I was ready for bed!
