June!

June is here!  May went by so quickly and it already seems like June is gone with everything that is going on.  This week's adventures consisted of shifting our moving focus to phone work and getting things canceled and set up for our new house.  I feel like we are 75% packed, but the last 25% is the most difficult.  It's everything that has to stay out until the end.  The weather cooperated, so I could send the kids outside, so I could be on the phone.  Tim also had Monday and Wednesday off, so he was able to help with some the legwork.  I did get a few more boxes taped up this week too, so we just keep moving along trying to check things of the list.  I've decided the more kids you have the more difficult moves become.  We've moved quite a few times in the last eight years and this is by far the most complicated.

Besides moving, the older three kids have work on their summer tans.  All of them are getting plenty of sun.  The spent several hours each day outside.  They spent time at a park with Tim this week and running some errands.  They enjoyed the library and getting books.  Liam got some new sun glasses and decided the only way to wear them is all the time.  He ate meals and read stories with this new shades.

Owen is cute, but is struggling.  We have hit something...I'm not sure if it is a growth spurt or the four month sleep regression or a combination, but he spent a lot of time fussing at all hours of the day and night and sleeping much less then normal.  It's pretty typical for a 30 minute nap, but not to wake up every three hours at night.  He didn't really do that as a newborn.  We are kind of dreading the move, because of the napping issues.  We are just really hoping that something gives and he can learn to sleep in the car seat.  Otherwise it will be a very loud moving trip.

That's about it for us.  Lot's happening, but none of it very interesting.  Until next week!
